Arrival/Departure
You can access your room after 2pm on your scheduled arrival day. We politely request that you check out before 10am on your departure day.
Payment Methods
We accept payments in cash, by Eurocard (EC card), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) NB: you are reminded that, under Italian law, we are only permitted to accept a maximum cash payment of € 1.999.00.

Beauty Treatments
In order to ensure you can have your beauty or spa treatments at the time you would like them, we recommend you book them while booking your room to avoid disappointment. Just give us a call… our spa team will be happy to advise you!
If you have to cancel a treatment, we kindly request that you let us know at least twelve (12) hours in advance. In the event you cancel at short notice, we will have to charge you 70% of the price of the treatment you have booked.
Pets at the Baumgartner’s Blumenhotel
We are able to accommodate dogs on request. Daily rate: € 15-25, dog food not included.
Please note that your dog is not allowed in the dining room, on the lawn or in the spa area at any time.

Your discount card for South Tyrol, and the Merano area in particular, valid from 15 October 2021 to 30 June 2022. More information can be found here.
Cancellations
Sometimes, things can happen before you leave for your holiday. Taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy can protect you financially. When you book, we’ll provide you with the necessary documents. If you cancel up to 45 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will incur no fee. If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival, arrive late or in the event of a no show, you will incur a fee of 70% of the invoice for the stay you booked with us. If you choose to end your stay early, 100% of the invoice will be payable.
