An indulgent holiday begins with good food. The light and refined cuisine at the Baumgartner’s Blumenhotel, with its fresh, seasonal ingredients, is second to none. We grow most of the fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs ourselves and many of our tasty treats, such as our juices or pastries, are homemade. Landlord and head chef, Stefan Lercher, is constantly trying to think of new and creative gourmet dishes for your pleasure.
Our guests also love the classic, social atmosphere in our restaurant area. The different lounges in our new dining room, the glazed pavilion, the buffet area and the panoramic terrace never fail to enhance the experience.
As a gourmet hotel, the Blumenhotel in South Tyrol can offer you:
- A delightful breakfast buffet with everything your heart could desire. You can start the day the right way with homemade jams and marmalades, fresh homemade juices, fine cheeses and cold meats from local farmers, South Tyrolean honey, fresh fruit salad, egg dishes to order and much more.
- On Sundays, you can tuck into our connoisseur’s breakfast, featuring prosecco, salmon, pawns and veal sausages.
- In the afternoons, a delicious cake buffet, also including fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, awaits you. Perfect for tiding you over until dinner.
- In the evenings, we are delighted to serve you a four-course gourmet meal with a large selection of dishes and a crispy salad buffet.
- An aperitif reception with warm delicacies and fine nibbles on a Sunday evening.
